1. Return and Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. All tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.
Some items are not returnable, including (but not limited to) perishables, personal care items, and custom products. Please confirm that your product qualifies before purchasing.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us via email at [email protected] and include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
Our Customer Service Team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.
Once approved, please ship the item to the return address provided. Make sure the product is packaged securely to avoid damage during shipping.
3. Return Shipping
For defective or incorrect merchandise: We will cover return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or refund.
For non-defective merchandise (e.g. wrong size, change of mind): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that all returns must use a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired replacement in your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Once the returned product is received and processed, we will ship a replacement product.
6. Exchange Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 15 business days.
VIP Shipping: For an additional $15, VIP Shipping is available with an estimated delivery time of 10 business days.
7. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your order is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damaged or defective product and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
